2.2. Products and Stock Status

Products listed on our website are not guaranteed to always be in stock. Please call AIDOBeautyCare to confirm the availability of the product you are interested in. All product information is provided by manufacturers and may be updated without notice.

AIDOBeautyCare does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of prices, product descriptions, colors, images, links, or other content on this website. We reserve the right to refuse online prices in case of errors.

Orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, either fully or partially, based on product availability at the time of order. You only pay for products that are delivered.

2.3. Payment

All orders at AIDOBeautyCare.com, whether via email, fax, internet, phone call, or postal mail, must be paid in full. To pre-order equipment, a non-refundable deposit is required: 10% for in-stock products, 20% for back-ordered products, and 30% for custom-made products. A sales tax of 7.25% applies to orders shipped to California.

3. Product shipping and warranty

3.1. Product Warranty

If a product is found to be defective, it will be replaced free of charge by us. Within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace any parts returned to us that are proven to be defective in materials or workmanship. All warranty services will cover only defective parts, not labor services.

The warranty does not cover installation, setup, adjustments, or damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or connection to improper plumbing supplies, or attempts to repair by anyone other than an authorized service facility. Issues arising from external causes such as accidents, misuse, abuse, or problems with electrical or plumbing systems are also not covered. Unauthorized service by anyone other than our manufacturers that do not follow our product instructions is prohibited. Maintenance that does not follow the maintenance instructions, products with missing or altered serial number tags, and products not installed according to federal, provincial, or city rules and regulations are not covered. Products that have been physically altered in any way are also not covered.

The warranty policy will become invalid if the product is dismantled from its original installation site or not installed according to current standards and regulations. Additionally, the warranty policy does not apply if the product is misused, improperly installed, or maintained.

To claim the warranty, you need to provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) confirming that the product is still within the warranty period. 3.2. Shipping to the Continental United States

Orders will be processed within 24 hours. The information provided by the customer is considered accurate, and the customer is responsible for any arising errors. Shipping time: 3-4 weeks depending on the condition of the goods; special orders may take 4-6 weeks. Goods are shipped by air or ground services. Small packages: Shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Large packages: Shipped via LTL freight companies. Drivers are not responsible for unloading goods from the truck. Liftgate service is available for an additional fee of at least $110. If using this service, the driver can bring the goods to the door if the path is convenient. Residential delivery may incur an additional fee of at least $110 and only one delivery attempt. The driver gives out only one attempt delivery. Customers will be responsible if re-delivery cost occurred. Change of delivery address fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Shipping is not free for all products unless noted on the product’s description. AIDO Beauty Care is not responsible for any damage to goods after delivery to a forwarder or intermediate location.

3.3. Inspection Upon Receipt

We are committed to ensuring that customers receive their orders in perfect condition. However, unforeseen incidents may occur. Upon receipt, customers should inspect all items for damage. If the outside of the package is damaged, take video evidence and note it in the report before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).

If you believe the product is damaged or received incorrectly compared to what was ordered, take video evidence. In such cases, please contact our customer service department to request a replacement at +1 (888) 658 6789.

3.4. Shipping and Warranty Outside the Continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and International)

Some products can be shipped to areas outside the continental United States, but additional shipping and handling fees will apply. These costs will be quoted after order completion. Not all products can be shipped to these areas due to shipping restrictions. In the event of damage during transport or post-sale warranty needs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Policies and services

4.1. Order policy

4.1.1. Policies: Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/refund is based on the stage of the order when the customer requests cancellation. We strive to allow cancellations without fees whenever possible and usually no fees if items have not been prepared, packaged, or shipped (typically within 24 hours). If the customer cancels the order within this period, no fee will be charged except for a 3% bank fee if paid via debit/credit.

After this period, the cancellation fee (if any) will be determined by the supplier and can range from 0% to 30% or more, depending on factors such as storage costs, restocking fees, and the special nature of the order. However, we always strive to keep this fee as low as possible. From the 4th day until before the delivery date, the cancellation fee includes: 30% restocking + shipping.

4.1.2. Refund Policy

Credit Card: A 3% processing fee will apply if a refund is issued to a credit card.
Bank Transfer / Zelle / Venmo / Check: These methods do not incur a processing fee.

4.1.3. Replacement Policy

If, at our discretion, the returned product is deemed defective due to manufacturing and cannot be repaired and is still within the warranty period, AIDOBeautyCare may provide a replacement product of equal or greater value. In such cases, no refund will be issued – only a replacement product or credit for future purchases.

4.2. Return and warranty policy

4.2.1. Service Return Policy: Return and Exchange Services

Returns or exchanges must be processed through AIDOBeautyCare customer service. For identical defective items, a replacement will be provided free of charge to the customer if damage is reported immediately after delivery with video and photo evidence noted on the delivery receipt. Returns: Products received as ordered will not be accepted for return. Returns may also incur a fee ranging from 0% to over 30% of the order value, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. We review each case individually and may make exceptions to accommodate our customers, so please contact us if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

4.2.2. Repair Return Service Policy

AIDOBeautyCare provides repair return services at the factory for all our products. Note: AIDOBeautyCare does not sell used or refurbished equipment. Therefore, if a product is not functioning correctly, we will attempt to exchange and return the same type of product to you under the conditions outlined in this Service Return Policy. Under no circumstances will we send a new replacement product without first receiving the defective product for exchange and evaluation. The following information details the warranty and non-warranty return services.

4.2.3. Warranty Service

To receive warranty service, you must submit a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request form along with proof of purchase within the past 12 months before sending any products to AIDOBeautyCare. The RMA request form can be downloaded from our website: RMA Form AIDOBeautyCare reserves the right to accept or deny any warranty claims based on the terms of the product’s warranty agreement.

4.2.4. Standard Product Warranty Policy

All AIDOBeautyCare products sold in the USA and Canada, unless otherwise specified, come with a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, AIDOBeautyCare will, at its discretion and without charge (excluding shipping costs), repair or replace defective equipment under normal use conditions. This warranty policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized service, or inadequate packaging when sending the product to AIDOBeautyCare.

4.2.5. Non-Warranty Return Policy

If your product requires a return outside the warranty period, AIDOBeautyCare will provide a cost estimate. We will only proceed with the exchange after you agree to the quote and provide an order or authorize payment via credit card.

5. Warranty and refund requests

5.1. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims without exception. We will not process returns without proof of purchase.

5.2. RMA Number

To obtain an RMA number, please submit an RMA request form with a reason and valid proof of purchase. The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and only applies to the specific product for which it is issued. Do not send any products without a valid RMA number. We will refuse and return the product.

5.3. Packaging

Whenever possible, use the original packaging, including the box and internal protective lining. If the original packaging is not available, please contact Customer Service for guidance. Important: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and label. If the RMA number is not prominently displayed, the shipment may be refused and returned.

5.4. Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to AIDOBeautyCare for warranty repair. We are not responsible for any damage during transit. Damage during transit will void the product’s warranty. We recommend insuring the product for its full value in case of irreparable damage during shipping. AIDOBeautyCare will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged product back to you.

5.5. Repair Processing Time

We strive to exchange products within 7 business days of receipt. If the exchange takes longer than expected, Customer Service will notify you.

5.6. Express Service

Express service is available for an additional one-third (1/3) of the labor cost. The processing time for express service must be arranged with the Service Manager and depends on conditions such as component availability and repair complexity.

5.7. No Fault Found

Local/On-Site: A minimum inspection fee of $30 will apply if the product operates according to AIDOBeautyCare standards.
Shipped Items: A minimum inspection fee of $50 will apply in similar cases.

Note: This fee also applies to warranty returns where no fault is found. If the issue persists, this fee will be deducted from subsequent exchange costs.

5.8. Storage Fees

Products not paid for or picked up within 30 days of completion will incur a minimum storage fee of $10 per week.

5.9. Abandoned Products

Products not paid for or picked up within 90 days of completion will become the property of AIDOBeautyCare and may be disposed of at our discretion.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

5.10. Minimum Inspection Fee

Local/On-Site: A $30 deposit is required for all non-warranty cases.
Shipped Items: A $50 deposit is required for all non-warranty cases.

5.11. Warranty on Replaced Products

All replacement products from AIDOBeautyCare come with a limited 90-day warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty policy only applies to specific exchanges made. New or unrelated defects will be treated as separate cases. Replacement parts may not be new but will be in good working condition. All defective materials replaced will become the property of AIDOBeautyCare.

Note: The repair warranty policy does not include shipping costs. If the product needs to be returned to AIDOBeautyCare within the 90-day warranty period, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Additional repairs related to the initial exchange will be carried out free of charge.

6. Website Use and Intellectual Property

6.1. Links to Third-Party Websites / Services

The AIDO Beauty Care website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Websites”). These Linked Websites are not under the control of AIDOBeautyCare, and we are not responsible for the content of any Linked Website, including but not limited to any links contained in a Linked Website or any changes or updates to a Linked Website. We provide these links only as a convenience to customers, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by AIDOBeautyCare of the website or its operators.

Some services made available through the AIDOBeautyCare website may be delivered by third-party websites or organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the AIDOBeautyCare domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that AIDOBeautyCare may share such information and data with any third party with whom AIDOBeautyCare has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of AIDOBeautyCare users and customers.
